We want you to be satisfied and hence all plans purchased on the Jobiks platform are eligible for refund, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy.

How to request for a refund?

1. Now you can directly raise a support ticket for refund on the dashboard. Click the Contact us button, explain your issue. Our support team will reach out to you within 48 hours to resolve the issue

2. Via Chat support on website (www.Jobiks.com) or application (Jobiks For Recruiter) during business hours (Mon-Sat: 10am-6pm).

5. After you’ve submitted your refund request, you will also be sent an email confirming that your request has been processed.

Am i eligible for refund?

You are eligible for a refund if:

1. Your Purchase was made within 30 days.

2. You have at least one active job post for 3 days post your purchase

3. Your profile is verified and adheres to the Jobiks policies. Read more about it here

4. If you have purchased the plan directly from our website or mobile app

5. In case you have purchased the plan through our sales team

6. 100% of the plan purchase amount If you are eligible

7. The refund will be calculated based on the number of days remaining in your plan validity and will be processed provided the number of responses received is half of the committed response for the plan purchased.

8. For example: if the plan is ₹5000, plan validity is 28 days, the start date is 1st Oct and end date is 28th Oct and refund is raised on 15th, then refund amount will be given for remaining 13 days that will be (5000/28) * 13 = ₹2321

9. Additionally, If you have received calls from irrelevant candidates, or have issues with candidate quality in the database, our team will verify the cases and the amount will also be refunded

Ans. Once the request has been validated by our team, we will process your refund immediately. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 4-5 business days, depending on your bank and payment method

* Employers who are hiring for other employers.

* Employers posting obscene jobs.

* Employers posting jobs involvement in human trafficking.

* Employers posting any religious, sexual, or politically motivated jobs.

* Employers posting any cross gender body massage therapists jobs.

3. MLM Jobs

* Employers posting jobs to promote, and sell products.

* Employers attract candidates to work on pyramid schemes.

4. Click Bait Jobs

* Employers falsely mention the job details to attract candidates.

* Employers spreading misinformation.
